Who handles your information

Verified sign-in and your projects
We use Supabase Authentication to verify your identity to give you access to your projects and the canvas. Google sign-in uses your email address, name and basic profile to sign you in; it does not request access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts. If email-code sign-in is available, your address is used to send and verify a one-time code. Only configured sign-in methods are shown.
Your browser receives a secure, HttpOnly session cookie. Provider access credentials stay on the server and the local session lasts no longer than one hour. Signing out ends access in this browser. Your verified account identifier links only to enquiries created by that account; matching an old enquiry email does not grant access to it. Supabase stores authentication records separately from brand-specific presales records.
Registration and your website brief
We save your name, private email contact, enquiry type and permission to respond in Solborne’s separate Cloudflare registration store. They support your enquiry and access to the guided Walk. They are not added to another brand’s list or a marketing subscription. Receipt identifiers, submission times, consent wording version and temporary security checks support processing, recovery and abuse prevention.
When you complete the Walk, we save the answers and public website facts you approve for processing and private review. Only the approved public facts and contact options go into the released website. Your registration reply email is not automatically published. Do not send confidential customer records or information about others without authority.
Storage, access and service providers
The site and registration store run on Cloudflare. Its hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information and operational logs. Solborne reviews saved enquiries through its authenticated Cloudflare account. Necessary browser cookies provide sign-in, access and security checks. Authentication records are held by Supabase; Solborne enquiry and workflow records are held in its separate Cloudflare and Supabase stores. Keep your private retry receipt private. The file alone cannot grant access.
Keeping and removing information
Saved enquiries and briefs remain available for processing, private review and access to released versions. Automatic deletion of saved requests is not currently implemented. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been established. To request correction, removal or withdrawal of permission to respond, email the contact above and identify your request without sending your private retry key. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before changing private records.
Guided AI Walk
The optional guided Walk sends your business answers, private operational brief and confirmed draft facts to Google Gemini only after you agree to AI processing. Solborne saves the conversation, draft, private operational brief, consent version and review notes privately in Cloudflare D1 so you can return to your progress. Do not submit customer financial records, identity documents or confidential contracts. Optional uploads are described below. Google processing is subject to the connected API project and its terms; paid-tier configuration is required before activation.
Optional uploads are stored privately in Supabase Storage and associated with your signed-in business project. File names, types, sizes and answer references are saved in your Walk and synchronised to Solborne’s private presales database. The interviewer receives attachment metadata, not the uploaded file contents. Files are not automatically published or processed as instructions. Upload only materials you are entitled to share; avoid unnecessary personal or financial records.
Optional sketches are saved with their answer and originating question for our team’s review. Drawing points are not sent to the conversational model; it receives only attachment metadata. Saved Walks are also synchronised to Solborne’s private presales database in Supabase. Unsent text and sketches stay in your browser until you send or save them.
Voice answers are optional. Manage consent opens one settings popup in the Walk. Choices are remembered for this business in this browser. AI processing, optional audio transcription and optional public-page analytics remain separate choices. Reopen Manage consent to change them. Browser microphone permission is requested when you activate the microphone. In live mode words appear directly in the editable answer box, with no one-minute cutoff. The microphone and Google connection can stay ready between answers, but capture and audio transmission pause when you pause or send. Disconnect, permission withdrawal or leaving closes the connection. Network or provider limits may require reconnecting. Opening audio is buffered locally for up to five seconds while connecting, then sent for transcription. We do not save recordings to our databases. Text is submitted as a Walk answer only when you choose Send answer. In alternative record-and-review mode, stopping sends a recording through our server for transcription before review. Previously transmitted audio may already have been processed by Google. You can always type. These choices do not approve unrelated future purposes or other brands.
You can request deletion of your saved AI conversation by contacting Solborne. Previously approved website versions and separate registration records are retained under the existing version/release process. A fixed automatic deletion schedule is not active. A temporary website-editor handoff places your chosen public facts in browser tab storage; it expires for import after one hour and is removed on import. AI research and marketing reviews are advice and do not certify legal compliance or publish a website. Contact Solborne regarding correction, withdrawal or deletion requests.
Improvement-brief tool
The tool processes your website URL, role and goal in your browser to prepare a draft. It does not inspect your website, send an enquiry or persist the draft in browser storage. Reloading clears it. Copying puts the draft on your clipboard; sharing happens only when you paste or send it yourself.
Third-party links and local assets
Fonts and design assets are served with this website. Optional Google Analytics loads only with your permission, as explained below. This website does not collect payment. External websites operate under their own terms. Contact details and the registered office are available on our contact page.
