The current service
Register, complete the guided Walk and approve your website brief. Your request is processed and privately reviewed before files are released. Submission does not mean that a website is instantly approved, released or published online. After you submit your confirmed Walk of Fame brief, we send your private, manually reviewed website link within 24 hours. Timelines for additional work and revisions are agreed separately.
What you receive
The current free offer is a responsive one-page website and its editable HTML source, plus a README. Hosting, a domain, maintenance and additional work outside the website-copy editor are separate. Released files are downloaded through your authorised browser access. See the offer details.
Your content and permissions
Supply accurate business facts and only content, images and contact information you have authority to publish. Review the draft and approved facts carefully. Your private registration email is not automatically made public.
Future services and payment
Your released static website files are lifetime-free to keep and use. Hosting, a domain and ongoing services are separate; completing the Walk does not activate them. Any paid work, hosting, domain transfer, revision scope or ongoing support needs separately agreed terms. This website does not collect payment or promise leads, sales or search rankings.
AI conversation and voice
The Walk uses Google Gemini to help develop your business brief. AI answers can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check suggestions, transcripts and your summary before sending or confirming them. Suggested answers are editable starting points, not confirmed facts about your business.
Voice is optional. While the microphone is active, audio is sent to Google for transcription and words appear in your editable answer. Pausing or sending pauses capture; Disconnect, withdrawing permission or leaving closes the connection. Network and provider limits can interrupt transcription. Check the final words before sending. Only share business information you are authorised to provide; leave out passwords, identity documents and confidential customer records.
Use Manage consent in the Walk to change AI processing, optional voice and optional analytics choices. Browser microphone permission is controlled separately by your browser. Choices cover the described purposes, not unrelated future services or other brands. Withdrawal stops future use but does not undo processing already completed. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful content, attempt to obtain another person’s files or share private access material. Your retry receipt is private and does not create a permanent account.
Design attribution and questions
The current Solborne design uses original layout, illustrations and motion, with the MIT-licensed Bootstrap foundation and licensed fonts. Earlier archived designs and some generated website templates use HTML5 UP and retain their required attribution. Third-party material has its own licence.
