Services
What we do.
What you get.
Paid business automation, built around an agreed workflow. A free first website to give your business a face online.
Paid · scoped before implementation
Business automation.
One workflow at a time.
For owners coordinating the same reminders, information and decisions every day.
The job
Move routine work forward and make the next action clear, with the right exceptions brought to a person.
What you receive first
A confirmed problem brief and a human-reviewed recommendation. We check what your existing tools can already handle before proposing a build.
If we build it
The accepted proposal defines the connected steps, a status or exceptions view, your approval points, testing and handover.
The intended outcome
Less manual chasing. Clearer work status. Better context when you need to step in. We agree what to measure; results depend on the workflow.
These are scoped services, not an automation platform already connected to your business. The examples below are illustrative; they are not live integrations or measured customer results.
Three jobs we can scope together
Open a job to see the routine work, your role and the expected output.
Payments: know who needs a reminder—and who needs you.
Routine work
Check payment status, follow approved reminder rules and stop reminders when payment is verified.
You decide
Disputes, broken promises and sensitive conversations. You receive the invoice history, response and reason for attention.
Expected output
A checked status and clear next-action list. Collection is not guaranteed.
See the payment exampleDocuments: know what is missing—and who needs help.
Routine work
Request an agreed checklist, track received items and follow up on specific gaps.
You decide
Uncertain or sensitive material, repeated wrong submissions and readiness for professional work.
Expected output
A missing-item and readiness list. Receiving a file does not establish that it is correct.
Quotations: prepare the draft—keep the commitment with you.
Routine work
Capture requirements, request missing details and assemble a draft using approved pricing rules.
You decide
Scope, feasibility, unusual pricing, margins and negotiation. You approve the quotation before a commitment.
Expected output
A draft ready for review, with assumptions flagged. Faster drafting does not guarantee a sale.
Recorded outcomes can help refine follow-up timing, requests and rules for your business. Any improvement needs measurement; this does not imply automatic model training or validated bad-debt prediction.

Know the terms
before work starts.
There is no fixed public automation price. You receive a written scope and quote after review, before choosing paid work.
| Decision | What must be clear |
|---|---|
| Deliverable | The workflow, volume, connected tools, owner decisions and work outside scope. |
| Cost | Build price, applicable taxes, third-party fees and any recurring charges. |
| Access | The permissions and business information needed, and who can use them. |
| Timing | Delivery stages, dependencies and what you need to provide. The website’s 24-hour preview timing does not apply to automation. |
| Acceptance | How we test the work, what you approve and how changes, cancellation and refunds are handled. |
| After handover | Maintenance, support scope and duration, ongoing costs and ownership terms. Nothing is included by assumption. |
Is this a “Business Digital Twin”?
That describes the direction: a connected record of work, its status and who acts next. We start with one agreed workflow and the tools it needs. It is not a claim that your business runs itself or that every decision can be automated.
What if my existing software already does enough?
Then configuring it may be the right recommendation. A custom build should earn its place by solving a specific gap.
What happens when I prepare a workflow brief?
The guided Walk helps capture your problem and current process for you to confirm. Our team reviews the brief and recommends a next step. It does not activate integrations, send reminders or commit you to paid work.
